LATE MUZZLELOADER SEASON SUCCESS!!! - POST-BLIZZARD HOLIDAY HUNT!!!

One last tag filled for the 2022 New York Deer Season!!! After a major blizzard hit Western New York, putting hunting on hold for almost one week, I was finally able to get back out in the stand and fill one more tag, putting a nice big doe on the ground!!! This video highlights the importance of checking well after taking any shot at a deer - I tracked briefly and initially thought this was a miss (especially due to the smoke after the shot and low visibility) however after some tracking and finally finding blood, this was kill shot, and a dead deer!!! Deer sometimes take a bit to bleed, even with a well-placed shot, so always be responsible and take that extra effort after the shot!

Muzzleloader Used: Traditions BuckStalker .50 Cal with Thompson/Center 3-9x40 scope with Bushnell high-rise scope mounts.
