By request, I go over some examples of when (and when not) to use the past perfect or present perfect as opposed to the simple past or present tense). I also talk about how to recognize when a question is actually asking about verb tense (or aspect) as opposed to, say, subject-verb agreement or verb form (topics which I discuss in more detail here in other videos).
