Ingredients
• 200g short pasta of choice
• 200g Frisian Flag evaporated milk
• 200g cheddar cheese, grated
• 200g Maltese sausage
• 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Breadcrumbs
• Fresh parsley
• Lemon zest

Method
➊ Start by sautéing Maltese sausage in a hot pan. Remove half, then add breadcrumbs, garlic, and rosemary to the remaining sausage. Toast for 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and parsley, and set aside.
➋ In a separate pan, cook pasta with just enough water to cover. When halfway done, add evaporated milk and continue to cook until al dente.
➌ Off the heat, stir in grated cheddar and crumbled sausage for a rich, creamy texture.
➍ Finish by topping with the rosemary-sausage crumble.
