Former national security minister Chris Murungaru now claims that Githomgo is using his security detail to stop court officials from serving him summons to answer to charges of libel.
Murungaru is now challenging Githongo to come to court and defend his dossier on Anglo Leasing, which implicated among others Murungaru.
