The question was raised if the pipe could indeed "one-shot" bosses. The answer is a resounding yes. However, the caveat is that the star difficulty must be at a level where the damage values of the pipe are still within range. As soon as star difficulty is increased, the Revenant can no longer be level 1 and expect these results. As the star difficulty increases, the Revenant must level themselves in order to take advantage of level scaling to light value for the pipe to increase the damage considerably. But, at level 1 on 0 star, this is just fine and satisfactory.
