Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

225G plain flour
160g sugar (80g caster & 80g light brown)
100g granola/oats
200g butter
1 lemon
5 apples
150g blackberries (fresh or frozen)
1tsp tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla paste

METHOD

1. Prep fruit - peel, core and chop apples onto chunks. Put in ovenproof dish and sprinkle over juice of the lemon. Add the blackberries and sprinkle over the cinnamon and a few teaspoons of the sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla paste.
2. Crumble mix - add the butter, sugar, flour, granola/oats into a bowl and rub the butter into all the ingredients to combine and make the breadcrumb crumble mix.
3. Pour crumble mix over the fruit. Optional - sprinkle a little more granola over the top. Bake at 180* fan for 30 mins.
4. Serve - with your choice of custard, cream or ice cream.
