The app gives readers the story in three modes: Read to Me, in which the narrator reads the story aloud and the child helps move the story along by swiping the pages; Read it Myself, which has sound effects but no narration or highlighting of words; and Auto Play, which allows the book to play through as the child follows along. Each mode is appropriate for different levels of learning and reading process.
