Love the overall taste of the Trinidad Scorpion Chocolate. With a SHU around 1.5M It has a hidden sweetness that especially comes out when put into a sauce. I want to thank Doug for coming out and tasting these peppers with me.
If you ever want to pair this pepper in a sauce then I would suggest plum. It is a sauce that I have made and loved for the last couple of years.
