The Best Boost Pedal for Guitar - The Tim Pedal

In this video I play through the Paul Cochrane Tim Pedal and show some cool ways to use it with your amp! This is the best boost pedal I've heard and my favorite guitar pedal. It works great with other guitar pedals and is the older brother of the Timmy pedal which was recently re-released by MXR.

This pedal works as a transparent overdrive pedal and a clean boost with the tone and gain knobs all the way down. Then as you turn the Treble and Bass Knobs up (clockwise) they cut away treble and bass frequencies, which is great for when your boost is getting too noisy or harsh. Turning the gain up makes for a pleasant low to medium gain overdrive which can work well with any amp. Keep the gain all the way down and the pedal is a transparent clean boost.
