Sunken Enchant Relic requires Sunken Rod so a good place to get enchant relics would be at The Depths. To get the 3 essences, you need to wait for
Dripstone Collapse to happen in game or use the Dripstone Collapse Totem for $35 million credits in game. Then use your pickaxe to mine it for a chance of getting the Tide Essence, Requis Essence, or Thalass Essence.
