Everything I ate this week on a raw vegan reset! Plus Grocery haul ! These meals were all delicious and had me feeling amazing and energized!

Green Salad Dressing
1/4 cup soaked cashews
2 stalks celery
3 green onions
1/2 green bell pepper
1 jalapeño pepper
1/2 cup kale
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup each parsley and cilantro
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Just add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth! Super easy!
( I used my large nutribullit)
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week
If you like nutritional yeast, you can add that too, or a date if you like a sweeter dressing.
