EU4 Filthy's Korea Take 2 Part 14

Let's learn Europa Universalis. This is my second attempt playing Eu4 by myself and as Korea. I wasn't thrilled with the direction the previous campaign was taking and wanted to icorporate many of the suggestions offered in the comments section into the second try. I'm still expecting to make many mistakes and to be solidly punished by the AI but I'm hoping for a smoother start. Feel free to offer advice and input as this campaign unfolds but remember I often record these in batches, so there may be some delay before your suggestions actually make it into the campaign.
