This Toronto beach is better during the winter. Here’s why

Are the winter blues keeping you in hibernation mode? Well, Winter Stations is hoping to get Torontonians outdoors and onto the beach with their most recent public art installations. ⛱️

In an effort to revitalize Woodbine Beach in winter, the annual initiative transforms lifeguard stations into art pieces that reflect the yearly theme. This year’s theme was Resonance, and opened to the public on Feb. 19, 2023.

In partnership with @citynewsto, #TheGreenLineTO team visited Winter Stations in February to get a BTS look at the development and setup process.
