These questions were asked live during our 2021 Open Day event (online).
Professor Joseph Conlon, is kindly answering them.

We have collated a few of the more common questions in a few short videos, and hope these are useful to undergraduate applicants.

Questions on this video:

How do tutorials work and what is a common activity that you would do in them?

How would you advice to prepare for PAT, specially topics not covered at school? (for example, from the Scottish system)?

Will international students be less likely to be admitted?

How does physics at University differs from physics at A level?

Is there no mathematics and physics course, or is the physics course as it is mathematical enough?

How frequent are lectures? What happens if you miss one?

What happens after you send your UCAS application, and have sat the PAT? How many interviews are there and what happens in the interviews?

Is the standard conditional offer requirement same for the BA and the MPhys?
