I met Bihari rickshaw drivers and this happened 🇮🇳

Support the channel and buy my ultimate Desi Delhi food guide here: https://maxmcfarlin.gumroad.com/l/24h... 🇮🇳 After an extremely filling morning enjoying chole bhature, aloo kachori, lassi, and a nimbu lemon drinks, I decided to leave Kamla Nagar and make my way towards Lajpat Nagar. To get there, I needed to take the metro, and to get to the metro station, I needed to take a rickshaw.

I walked down to one of the busy intersection of Kamla Nagar and there were tons of rickshaws. I originally thought the first man was a private rickshaw but it turned out to be a communal rickshaw. For me, nothing interesting happened but the conversation between the rickshaw driver and the ladies already on the rickshaw was interesting. I think I ended up paying 5 rupees more than them, but it's not the end of the world.

After arriving at the metro, I took it on down to Lajpat Nagar, and walked towards the main central market. After walking out from the train station, I was immediately greeted by cycle rickshaw drivers asking me to take their service. At first I declined cause I wanted to walk, but I was really thirsty, and I figured what the heck, may as well give it a try. The man turned out to be really nice, and took me to a few shops looking for cold drinks. We finally found an old shop with an old lady selling random stuff. We decided to buy some Coca Cola.

She was really sweet. She's 72 years old but she sure doesn't look like it! The conversation with her was really sweet and wholesome. You guys just have to watch. After buying the cokes, we went back and enjoyed them together. I learned they were all from Bihar, living in Delhi to make a living. Nice bunch of men.

After finishing up, I wandered around a bit more, but I was so tired that I decided to head back to the metro and head back to my hotel in Paharganj. But I stopped to try ice cream from one of the many ice cream stalls along the way. It was a nice and cold refreshing treat.

After that, as I was trying to leave, another man invited me to check out his wine shop, so I decided to finish up that before calling it a night.
