The Presiding officers got their final briefing from the IEBC officials as they were dispatched even as IEBC confirmed that all the 58 polling centres with 100 polling stations will receive the voting material by 6 pm Sunday.
550 IEBC officials will conduct the Malindi BY-election even as the Commission exuded confidence of a smooth process.
