I’ve been traveling full time for nearly 15 months. In that time I’ve picked up a few tips for staying healthy while traveling. This tips apply both for our time living vanlife in our 1969 VW Bus, and our time spent backpacking in Southeast Asia. I’ve included both tips for fitness routines and physical health, but also tips for emotion and mental well being while traveling.
