A young woman, Paula Merrick, is found unconscious in an alleyway. During a chase by Nate, the suspect drops a stun gun, and signs suggest she was raped. Sam takes charge of the investigation and suspect it's male stripper Tom Norris, but forensics aren't strong enough to charge him with rape, as he claims he had sex with Paula. Meanwhile, Will's first job in CID sees him paired with Terry to look for a supplier of the stun guns.
