These frequencies were crafted with the intention of helping fall asleep gracefully and with ease. I recommend using headphones for maximum affect, although this video contain isochronic tones that will produce similar entrainment through speakers. This is one of my first videos where I'm using 432Hz tuning. There is a lot of information suggesting that using 432Hz tuning is much more gentle and easeful on our ears and nervous systems. This is absolutely accurate with my experience. I'll let you be your own judge. 😊
This video contains Delta waves at 2Hz. This range of Delta is associated with profound relaxation, deep sleep, restorative sleep, reducing cortisol levels, increasing levels of melatonin, if one can remain awake; feelings of tranquility and peace, trance states, samadhi, and miracle type healing.
This video revolves around the C Major scale, though adjusted to 432Hz tuning. In this case the musical note C3 is tuned down to 128Hz, whereas in 440Hz equal temperament tuning; C3 is tuned to 130.813Hz. Tuning is a fascinating and very deep subject within music!
