So when someone asks me how to do magick, I always recommend some form of journal magick FIRST! Journaling magick works by helping us understand our thoughts and feelings, and to rewrite them with wisdom and intention as we evolve along our leveling up journey. This is the story of how I transformed my boring spiritual journaling practice into an epic wheel of the year themed book of shadows.
