Kesar Pista Nankhatai

Ingredients:

1 cup = 250 ml

Take a Bowl
1/2 Cup - Pure Ghee ( 60gm )
6 tbsp - Powder Sugar ( 60gm)
Whisk Properly till fluffy texture
1/3 Cup - Wheat Atta ( 30gm)
5 tbsp - Maida ( 50gm )
1/3 Cup - Besan ( Chick Pea Flour ) 30 gm
1/8 tsp - Baking Powder ( 2 Pinch )
1 tbsp - Sooji ( Semolina )
1 tbsp - Crush Pista
1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder (Elachi Powder )
Pinch - Saffron + 1/2 tsp Water ( Soaked )
Mix every thing Properly like dough
Make small balls (20 gm )from it
Keep in the Oven Tray , put Pista Slice over the balls
Baking :
OTG : Preheat 160 degree for 10 min, bake for 160 degree for 15 minutes .(Both the rod ON)

Microwave: Convection Mode
Preheat 160 degree for 10 minutes and bake for 160 degree 15 minutes

Kadhai : Take kadhai Put Ring in kadhai and Preheat the kadhai for 10 minutes and place one aluminium round tray or any mould grease with ghee and dust with maida or put butter paper and place Nankhatai and bake it for 15 min in Slow Flame
