All I can say is damn!   on our way to building four rather the AMBR contenders  We’re displayed and we just left the owner’s building. Very special cars here top contenders! My friend Rod Sexton won first place for Goldie his 1932 pick up that he had fabricated in his garage at home! the Evel Knievel van was a showstopper. Jeff Styles Overman did an amazing job as always!  here’s a quick walk down one of the main outdoor display lanes and you even catch a glimpse of my VW. Good to be out and about again. After several months of being sick, I got better and enjoy getting out to GNRS. I took my Volkswagen out there and definitely not the show for VW‘s but there were several there and my car was extremely popular but I stayed out on the “road” if you wanna call it that and walked around there’s a lot of buildings that I could it’s just really a lot of car show to take in one day. Also, you are running into friends from 20 to 30 years ago stopping and talking. I was just amazed by the level quality of cars there. I call this building the ultimate owner/builders building. Especially because these are the top builds that are competing for the Al Slonaker award. This is the first of several videos.
