*Salisbury steak is a meat dish that originated in the United States. It’s a dish made from seasoned ground beef patties, often combined with breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings. Typically cooked and served with a rich savory gravy, onions, and/or mushrooms.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups beef broth

Ground beef patties ingredients
2.5 pounds of ground beef
1 large onion (1/4 for patty, the rest goes into the gravy)
1 egg
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper

Birria seasoning mix for Salisbury steak
1/4 of a cup guajillo chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 Tbsp onion powder
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
2 Tbsp AP flour
*Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite veggies
