We had CW4s come talk to us about the importance of building relationship and finding a mentor, someone we can depend on and call on.

**** Side Note*****

If you’re a 92 Unit Supply SGT your rater will not be your Commander unless he’s your immediate Supervisor. Be mindful that you should report to the PLT SGT daily and you should be briefing your daily task that you complete to the XO. The rating scheme for immediate Supervisors is in AR 623-3…. Also if the Commander was your rater then that would mean that your BN XO or BN CDR would be your Senior rater and they just don’t have that profile to Support every Unit Supply SGT. This question also gets asked a lot of the 92Y Facebook page.
