STUDENTS TO-DO LIST BEFORE THEIR LOG BOOK WOULD BE SIGNED AND STAMPED BY ANY ITF OFFICIAL
1. Ensure that your IF FORM 8 is duly completed which includes the industry based supervisors' signature and stamp.
2. Ensure that your Log Book is dated (daily) appropriately.
3. Ensure that your Log Book is been personalized daily as IF is interested in what happened to you while on SIWES.
4. Also NOTE that your Log Book is your REPORT book which means you are to fill them in past tense.
5. Ensure that you have at least four diagrams in your Log Book, you either draw and label or print and paste diagram in the space labelled"Sketches/Diagram". Diagrams that are related to the course of study or tools which you used to carry out your job while on SIWES.
6. Ensure that you have your industry based supervisors' signature and organization's stamp wherever he/she signs.
7. Lastly, after ANY CORRECTION Thade in your Log BOok, ALWAYS read through what you have written to be sure that you have made Correct sentence(s) and not grammatical blunders.
