Stretch hood for insulation panel loads. MSK Covertech's Tensiontech 371 is capable of hooding loads as small as 24x24" and as large as 50x120" in one machine. It can be configured to handle 1-4 different film roll sizes and support random sequence production at high rates of speed. MSK Covertech's proprietary vertical stretching system allows for soft-corner application and then vertical stretch in the zones that the load allows, and finally very precise placement of the end of the hood under the load. This allows you to minimize the use of your film, while still being able to be careful on the sharp corners of your loads.

Our gusset sealer device also allows you to seal the gusset triangles on the top of the load for those that ship products on flatbeds and without tarps.

MSK's Tensiontech stretch hood system is capable of handling 4x4ft loads over 150 pal/hour and 4x8ft loads at over 110 pal/hour.
