Talos, a WWE NXT alum, is a former basketball player. Originally from McLoud, Oklahoma, he starred in high school and college hoops. He played professionally overseas, before inking a deal with the world famous Harlem Globetrotters, competing on their rival, the Washington Generals, on tour.
Through Executive Al Bright, who was working with the Globetrotters, he comped tickets for WWE Superstar AJ Styles and his family to attend a Globetrotters event, later noting the size and work of Talos. Styles and his faily enjoyed the basketball show, and Styles then asked to meet Talos, which led to Talos trying out for WWE at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, which became his new home.
BRCW debuted in conjunction with MatthewMania and Coastal Championship Wrestling via Matthew Maschler, Neil Glazier and Nelio Cuomo Costa. WWE alum Gangrel Dave Heath is the head trainer at the CCW Training Center in (South Florida) Pompano Beach.
Plans are to run BRCW again.
