Big Horsepower and Torque. The BBK 1-5/8” Chrome Long Tube Headers will add a lot of bling to the engine bay. There’s no denying that this kit will serve to beautify the underhood styling of your 1994 to 1995 Mustang GT and Cobra, but these long tube headers are not merely for show. When paired with a BBK shorty H-Pipe or X-Pipe, these long tube headers will add 15 to 20 more horsepower - measured at the rear wheel. Featuring unique and full length primary tubes for each cylinder, exhaust scavenging is significantly increased, reversion decreased and over all flow efficiency improved. The result is a noticeable gain in horsepower, torque and sound that is immediately felt and heard when stepping on the gas pedal.

Premium Grade Construction. These BBK Chrome Long Tube Headers are manufactured with a 1-5/8" mandrel bent primary tubes that lead into a 3" collector. The flange is laser cut and measures 3/8" to provide a strong mating surface that won't warp or deteriorate due to the heat cycles of the engine. Finally, the headers are coated with a bright chrome finish that adds very noticeable flash underneath the hood.

Professional Installation Recommended. The BBK 1-5/8” Chrome Long Tube Headers are equipped with all the necessary mounting hardware including the manifold gaskets and the fastener kit. The complex nature of the installation procedure demands the knowledge of a trained professional. Total installation time is approximately 6 to 8 hours using an array of hand tools.
