Treatment Plan

- Placement of 6 maxillary implants [ #16 #14 #13 #24 #25 #26 ]
- Abutment profile drill is required as the fixture is positioned below the bone. Need to use bone flattening drill
- Insufficient VD of the patient, no gum removal, 3-4mm elevation
- Proceed with two guides (use existing residual values as anchors)
Guide 1: Extract #12,13,21,22,23 and place #16,24,26
Guide 2 : Extraction of all teeth and placement of #12, 14, 24, Anchor Pin 1, 2 (use the guide fix of the special kit for pre-placed fixtures)
