Here are some budget sunglasses for mountain biking. Wearing sunglasses while trail riding not only protects from the sun, but more importantly debris on the trail or while cycling on the road.

I found some awesome Poc Do Blade knock off sunglasses on Amazon for a great deal and I will go as far as recommending them to you, if you are on a budget like me.

I have always worn some sort of eye protection while trail riding not only because of the harsh sun, but because of dust and debris. I'm most worried about having rocks, trees, insects making it into my eyes and when I ride without glasses, it almost always happens. So why risk it?
