There's absolutely no question that the best dressed villain of the 2000s is Sasha Ivanic from Behind Enemy Lines. The movie released in 2001, every kid in the US wanted to change their character and class to Serbian / sniper immediately.

Now as adults we realized, why not just dress like him? And so the Sasha Jacket was born.
Not only is Ivanic a likable and believable villain, but he captivated audiences around the world, influenced American pop culture and even made an appearance as the main character of GTA IV.
