Ingredients:
Crust:
5 tablespoonfuls butter
1 3/4 almond flour (I used aldi brand)
3 Tablespoonfuls cocoa powder (I used aldi brand)
3 tablespoonfuls of stevia
1 tsp vanilla

Filling:
3) 8 oz. packages of cream cheese (I used Walmart’s great value)
1 1/4 Cup stevia (use 1 cup of confectioners sugar or sweetener if you don’t want to make your own)
4 oz. of unsweetened chocolate (I used Bakers 100%)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Sit your cream cheese out to soften 1 hour before preparing.
Crust:
Melt butter. Stir in vanilla for crust. Sift in almond flour and cocoa powder. (I used a mesh colander because I don’t have a sifter) stir in stevia for crust. Cut a circle from wax or parchment paper. Place on bottom of springform pan. Press crust on bottom and a little up the sides. (Using my fingers worked best!) refrigerate while preparing filling.
Filling:
Beat cream cheese. Use a blender to make powdered confectioners sweetener. Add stevia and blend until powdered. About 20 seconds. Beat powdered stevia into cream cheese. Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. (Took me 90 seconds)
Add vanilla. Beat chocolate into cream cheese. Spread into crust.
Chill 4 hours before removing rim and cutting.

12 servings: 6.3 carbs per piece. (identical brands I used)
