Whether you're new to cycling or a seasoned pro, there are many benefits from a professional bike fit. Not only can it increase your power, efficiency and aerodynamics, but it can reduce and resolve injuries too. I thought I had a reasonable set up on my time trial bike from reading up online, but Andy Bishop has found some significant improvements for me with his specialist knowledge.

Andy Bishop cycling performance centre is based in Worksop, North Nottingham. It's been running for over 10 years and he has completed over 4000 bike fits. He has some serious triathlon & cycling credentials behind him too having previsouly raced for GB. Not only does he completely understand what people need from their bikes, but he's a lovely down to earth chap too. He does road and TT bike fits, cleat fits, saddle fits, custom footbed sizing and TT bar fitting. He also runs regular spin sessions from his premisis in Worksop.
