Sifu Mike Adams Wing Tsun Kung Fu Fun

Sifu Mike Adams is one of only 3 Americans ever promoted (so far) to 5th Level Practician (Master) by Great Grandmaster Leung Ting. He has been training in WingTsun since 1980. Sifu Adams has a WingTsun school in Bloomington, Illinois as well as classes through his students in Chicago, Iowa, and New York City.

Sifu Adam VanderWaal is one of Sifu Adams's students from the Bloomington school. Since graduating from medical school, Adam has been doing his residency in North Carolina. As a new doctor, he hasn't had a lot of free time to practice over the last 6 months. So he stopped in over Christmas to visit and train with Sifu Adams, and they had a lot of fun "knocking the rust off." :-)

We have a lot of fun training, and that's important. If you don't enjoy what you do or where you do it, it is unlikely you will persist long enough to get good.
