Poi Windmills Tutorial (Beginner Poi Tricks)

Today's lockdown lesson is on poi windmills! These are pretty similar to the watermills we covered yesterday but are performed up around your shoulders. In this poi windmill tutorial I'll guide you through two different approach to learning these poi tricks that help you change levels and get those poi moving around your head! One of my favorite beginner poi moves--learn how to spin this one with me!
