Ever wonder what I do behind the scenes when I process my music for my MP3 player? When you think of processing music, you probably think of just converting between formats and in part, that is the case, but to me, there's a lot more to it than meets the eye. This series of 4 segments gives an introduction to my very unusual music-related habits, then explains the entire process step by step. The video spans over a half hour and it is split by the "part". The entire process is narrated in real time.

The first part covers the introduction and introduces you to my strange music-listening habits along with a start at processing the song. The song used is a custom-made remix, but only fragments of it are played rather than the whole thing along with a few degradations.
