Britannia is set to post a strong set of numbers in Q1FY21. After posting a 1% volume growth in Q4FY20 the company is expected to post volume growth of 18% this quarter. We are expecting the company to report revenue growth of 20% to Rs 3239 crore mainly led by the increased in-house consumption by consumers.

The company has an edge over its peers as it was quick in resuming operations and is currently working at more than 100% capacity, it has a wide distribution network and is further aided by the heightened demand for biscuits and packaged food. The Company's profits are expected to see a jump of 65% to Rs 431 crore on a year on year basis aided by the lower tax cuts. The EBITDA Margins are expected by 230 basis points to 16.9% led by scale benefits and a decrease in advertising expenses.
