Shiseido relaunches WASO superfood line

Fun time in Malibu 💜 with SHISEIDO for the relaunch of the WASO line available at Sephora.

Originating from a combination of two Japanese words, “WA” meaning harmony, and "SO” meaning inspiration, the WASO line combines Japanese aesthetics with nature to create exclusively formulated skincare.

Inspired by the holistic and natural Japanese food tradition of Washoku - or Japanese cuisine - WASO features key ingredients selectively chosen for their purity and celebrated in their simplest forms. Featuring a simple and minimalist line-up of products that take a unique approach, fusing nature and technology, to bring out natural beauty.

Each product is dermatologist tested and non-comedogenic, paraben-free and mineral oil-free so skin can breathe easy. Good for all skin types.

Chef Shirley Chung was also on hand creating superfood dishes teaching us how to use the same superfood ingredients (yuzu, honey, tofu, loquats and more) in three tasty dishes.
