Direct sound from the bass to an audio interface
PLEASE NOTE: There's a slight clipping when playing the 4th string. This is due the input gain in the audio interface being too high. This does not come from the instrument itself at all. This bass sounds absolutely clean and beautiful and it is a piece of history as it is a "one off" made by George Furlanetto (F Bass) back in 1980.

Please note: this is not your usual "bass demo" where all the different possibilities of the instrument are shown. Instead, this time we took an alternative approach: Andrés visited us and we put a number of basses in his hands and he just basically played the music that this particular instrument inspired him to play at that moment. All the music in this video is improvised and everything is first take. We feel honored to have witnessed Andres' expertise and super fast adaptation to a bunch of basses that are actually quite different from one another. He really pulled the best music out of each one in a very natural way as you can see and hear.
