I was tipped that there's GeoTiles (https://www.geotiles.nl/), a site where you can easily download point clouds for the Netherlands. Compared to the original PDOK download page, it has some advantages:
- Smaller tiles
- Points are coloured with RGB
- The LAZ files have projection information
- AHN 4 is available
