Insulating a Pole Barn - Rigid Foam

In this video I show the process I'm taking to insulate my 30 x 40 pole barn. My plan is to place 1.5" Owens Pink Rigid Foam Board insulation in the walls and then use 1" tongue and groove rigid foam board insulation for the ceiling.

I used a back-cut hand saw to cut the foam board. this provided a clean and accurate cut with no tear-out of the foam. I cut all of the pieces slowly to insure a nice tight friction fit.

The biggest challenges were cleaning up the electric wiring and running them thru a channel I cut into the back side of the foam board. I had to also make some addition cuts to fit the foam board around some support obstacles in the wall.
