Passo Fedaia - Ride the climb on which the Giro d'Italia 2022 was won - Indoor Cycling Training

The climb to Passo Fedaia from Caprile is a gem among gems. Located in the stunning Dolomites, there are no shortages of world-class rides. But this ride stands out as one of the best in the Dolomites. The scenery is simply stunning, and it is a real bucket-list ride. Despite being a challenging ride, every pedal stroke is worth the effort. The climb takes you up to the beautiful Marmolada glacier and lake Fedaia. Contrary to other mountain passes, this mountain pass stretches over almost two miles (2.6 km). Giro d’Italia has used the climb many times. It is a ride that separates the sheep from the goats. In 2022, this climb became the scene of an epic duel between Carapaz and Hindley for the Pink Jersey (Maglia Rosa).

Most cyclists would agree that the ride to Col du Tourmalet is outstanding. But with music, opinions are very mixed. So we have added no music. Instead, we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute YouTube and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, YouTube, etc…) and pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride... We have left the original sound of the ride out. This is because the noise from passing cars, vibrations from the road, wind, and the rider's breathing drowns the natural sound of the surroundings.
