This says "battle" but it's actually a melee. This is another 3 way fight Kotaro just intrudes upon. He also starts where he appears in the Pirate Hunt stages. You have missions to hurt both armies equally, but basically whatever Kotaro comments on, just go to it and destroy what he wants destroyed. This time it's just you for the entire battle so use the enemy armies to your advantage and let them hold each other off.
