How to Organize a Whole Beef in the Freezer: Don't waste a bit of that meat!

This is the time to get to know your local farmer and rancher because you never know when the supermarket/grocery store is going to run out of food or limit how much you can take. The folks are hardworking/honest people and are an excellent recourse for healthy happy food. In this video we show you how we organize and store the beef in the freezer. You have to make sure you are able to reach in there and find what you want and also don’t lose any cuts in the bottom of your freezer because you left them in a fall apart box. Keep the freezer from defrosting by getting a lock and using a thermometer with an alarm. Please support your local farmers and ranchers that are using good agricultural practices. We definitely can’t keep depending on the system that society has in place. It is not sustainable.
