Most of these combos are done on the Unclepunch training mod, I was able to make fox DI where I wanted him to go and adjust percentages and positions! None of it was TAS, I was even able to stream some of the last ones! The ones that aren't on unclepunch were on vanilla melee because of the use of items :)
