INGREDIENTS
11 cups of popcorn
5 candy canes
8 oz of white chocolate melting wafers
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)

SUPPLIES
Something to break up the candy canes
A bowl
A spatula
A plastic bag

DIRECTIONS
Crush the candy canes.

Pop the popcorn, then place it in a bowl, being careful not to include any unpopped kernals.

Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions.

If you’re going to use the peppermint extract, stir it into the chocolate after it’s melted.

Drizzle the melted white chocolate evenly over the popcorn, then immediately sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Let the mixture set on the counter or in the fridge, then break it into clusters.
