I am not the hardcore gamer I was 20 years ago but sometimes I like to dive into weird and inspiring movie or gaming atmosphere. "The Witness" is a Jonathan Blow game from 2016. Some kind of puzzle and exploring journey. The game has no background music. Which is actually very cool, it creates some very special atmosphere that Jonathan wanted for his game. But I personally had the feeling that somehting was missing. I'm not saying I am right. The music I'm proposing today is of course very personal and quite dark. I'm also not saying the game should have this kind of soundtrack or even a music at all. It's just one of several background tunes I would have added if I were the game's producer. I invite you to put on your headphones and relax for a few minutes. And even if you don't know the game or don't play anything at all, just tell me if this could match.
