This allows you to feed faster while maintaining the same number of cuts per inch, or maintain your feed rate and achieve more cuts per inch. We have the 3-flute spiral flush trims in both up-cut and down-cut versions, in cut lengths of 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". The super sharp spiral flutes cut surprisingly fast and leave a surface that needs minimal sanding. The 1/4" tall pilot bearing is precisely matched to the cutter diameter for flawless pattern routing. The small diameter works perfectly when cutting intricate patterns with small inside corners. The range of cut lengths allows you to closely match your material thickness.
