[WinMugen] Yagwick 2018-2022 Setting in WinMugen & in Config.txt Showcase (Link to every version)

Hello everyone! I want to congratulate you all on the last Halloween! The other day, on October 27, I also had a birthday, so in honor of these two days, I still decided to fulfill my promise. I promised some of the guests of my channel that I would make a showcase of how to properly upload each version of Yagwick to WinMugen, avoiding major errors. To prove the operability of the characters in my game, I had to do the gameplay with each Yagwick against some chars, also applying the settings in the files Config.txt and trying out all sorts of character selection sequences. In this video, I will also show you how to correctly arrange all versions of Yagwick in a Select file in one game to avoid basic errors.

It is important to know a few things to prevent errors:

1) If you want to use only one version of Yagwick, you should rename the folder and the def file to WickedYagami anyway. Even if you use versions 2021/22, where there is a WickedYagami-WIN.def file, the folder and the def file itself must also be renamed to WickedYagami.

2) If you still want to use two or more versions in one game, then you will have to rename them a little differently, for example, WickedYagami 2019 and WickedYagami 2021. But you still have to leave one of these versions untouched, it should also be called WickedYagami. If you don't do this, then no version of the character will be loaded properly. If at least one version is named with the original name, then both the version with the original name and the version with the numbered name will work.

3) Versions such as 2018/19 have a Statedef Overflow file capable of withstanding someone else's Supernull. This protection is almost identical to the protection in version 2020. It will only work if these versions are renamed to WickedYagami. If renamed to another name, the file will not be read and Yagwick will be strong at the level of CCY 5.24. That is, it, like CCY 5.24, will be able to harm BBD-R, but will not be able to protect itself from %f exploits. In my past showcase, I did not take this point into account, since I myself did not know that there is such protection also in version 2019.

4) As I said above, Yagwick 2020 has the same Supernull containment protection. However, author C made an exploit with redirection of def files. This exploit also reads the original name. If this exploit is not loaded due to other exploits or the 2020 version is renamed to WickedYagami 2020, the character will not be loaded properly. Author developed such a clever error to avoid incomplete loading of the character (so that the same BBD-R did not have 100% of the opportunity to defeat him). In this case, the 2020 version should always have the name WickedYagami.

If you want to put all 5 versions of Yagwick in the game, you should rename all versions except version 2020, and make a list of characters in the Select file in the correct way:

-WickedYagami (version 2020)
-WickedYagami 2018 (version 2018)
-WickedYagami 2019 (version 2019)
-WickedYagami 2021 (version 2021)
-WickedYagami 2022 (version 2022)

If there may be some error when choosing Yagwick 2018 or 2019, try swapping them in Select, maybe then you will avoid it.

And to make it easier for you to manage the settings in Config.txt for each version, I have translated all the words from Chinese into English. At the same time, for the 2018/19/20 versions, I slightly changed the AI so that these versions could use the rest of Hyper Attacks. For versions 2020/21, I changed the requirement to unlock all Hyper Attacks, now they will all be freely used if LV1 is available. Yagwick 2020 will use all Hyper Attacks if it has LV3, with LV2 it will mainly use Time Stop and two Hyper Attacks. All other files have not been modified by me.

I have uploaded all the changes as links to each version of Yagwick. Consider it as a gift from me in honor of the last holiday. However, I have decided not to share Yagwick 2018 with anyone yet, since it is currently private. So don't be mad at me. I will also leave a link to No-Limit WinMugen, which I use in the video. Use it in case your WinMugen is not able to load these chars.
