Another breaking update that has come in from Hathras case, Times Now has spoken to Hathras victim's father who has questioned the Uttar Pradesh police's conduct. The family was forced to sign certain documents.

The family is now demanding a CBI probe into the case and it should be headed by a Supreme Court judge. The family was forced to sign the documents and there is a nationwide chorus for a CBI probe. The villagers were thrashed during the protest and it has been one of the violent actions taken during the entire case.

The father says that he requests and demands a CBI probe into the sheer brutality and negligence of Uttar Pradesh police and administration. He further adds that a Supreme Court lawyer must take over the case.
